24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations or rescheduling appointments instigated by the patient during the 24 hours before the scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge the value of the appointment.
• Patients under 18 must have their parents accompany them or have their parents' written consent before becoming a Patient of the Clinic (which consent must be made available on request).
